Dai was not unsure actually. He was sure but he didn’t initiate the kiss coz the other time when he went for a kiss, Shun refused and said he would tell Dai when he would be ready to kiss him.If he initiated without Shun's consent Shun would have thought Dai was a playboy and desperate for physical relationship. So Dai stayed strong and let Shun decide what he wanted...
