Apologies in advance for off topis question to Sonny75017. Whose the singer on the tune? It sounds like the same fellow who did the 'Kamin Rider' theme song. My son loved that show when we were living in Japan.
Then go to a dojo and try it out -_- Seen any shotokan competition lately? where is budo in that? it's dancing seen any judo comp lately? where is the budo in that? i have to fall after my oponent so i score
oh wow u do KUDO? would you count yourself as a karate practicioner? to me KUDO is like the gold and money for us karate ppl, ppl say that styles like karate and TKD are ineffective, but then you have karate like this, but i want to hear from someone who does the style do you consider yourself karateka?
daido juku is simply a different way to use karate in a match...remembere that the ancient karate was a martial arts....not for ko buto to kill people....all the punch, all the kick and the joint locks come to karate..
maybe i missed something, but your initial post said you don't see any budo in daidojuku, next you say you train in mma (MT+sub. wrestling) and don't see any budo there. Have you ever trained in kudo? Although I agree on the budo part in kyokushinkai =)
actually its more of kyokushin karate, with face punching, and grappling allowed. ok maybe some JUDO and jiu jitsu so its kyokushing karate, judo, and jiu jitsu
well i myself train muay thai boxing w/ submission wrestling.. (MMA) there aint no budo in that at all but, if you are gonna be involved in a martial art with budo it certainly is not daido juku, id say kyokushinkai =)
