I see that both Ginting & Antonsen are real threat to Momota. Both of them actually can win over Momota. SYQ was good against Momota until he tore his ACL. Afterwards, he seems like he gives up easily during the game and also had to play harder (3 games) to win over 2nd tier opponents. Antonsen is very smart but today Ginting was just too good. When Ginting is relax, he makes all those incredible shots. If he is relax like today, he can win over Momota. If he is not, Momota always got 20-30% of his points thru Ginting's unforced errors. Victor Axl always loose to Momota no matter what did he try. It looks like a curse...Lol.

@@lessonlearned9399 if ginting can relax against momota, he will not able to challenge momota stamina, he only can win momota with his advantage ability which is speed, straight game win is a must or momota will 80% take on the third set

Yes. Antonsen, Axelsen, Chen Long and Shi Yuqi. I always love to see them play coz not only they were great on the court, they always got a good sportsmanship. You can see they acknowledging their opponents skills and no shame in admitting that. I think that brings a new look on badminton sports. And yes, they will surely gain fans coz of this. At least I am.

Legends like Lin Dan are getting older and losing their touch while young talents like Ginting and taking over. Dont be surprised if u see Ginting as the best in the world in a couple of years from now

Nope we will not be surprised. Everyone can see Ginting is on a great path on being top player alongside Axelsen and Momota. I still think Momota was better, but thats just my opinion. Just its a bit funny how you said LD declining performance are in correlation with Ginting uprising performance. Coz I choose prime LD and LCW as legend of all time.

Momota already decided to pull out of the Indonesia Masters after winning the Malaysia Masters due to injuries, while on his way to the airport to catch a flight from Malaysia back to Japan, he got into a car accident.
