The problem with daikin ac is there is no temperature display on the unit , also remote is not backlit ,,so at night it is a big trouble nothing can be done

By default set temperature is 24 in all the brands to save electricity point of view. So need to change the desired temperature every time when switching on.

Ye bataiye aapne timer ki setting to achhi batayi hai. Agar hamne timer se off kr diya aur fir ham chahate hain ki off hone ke 4 ghante baad ac on ho to kya ye setting kaam kregi? Ya fir sirf on aur off hi ho payega hame manual on krna padega?

Unfortunately this remote's the Daikin ARC484B9 timer function is very basic. It can be set only to start in increments of 1 hour. Specific start times cannot be set. In the case of my remote the timer start doesn't seem to work.

Can you explain more on economy mode? I mean compressor stop for a while to achieve energy saving or temperature increase slightly to achieve saving. Please advise . Thanks.

economy mode runs the compressor slower. This reduces the pressure in the condenser it means the motor uses less energy to run the system. It reduces overall cooling capacity but increases efficiency. ... When ac is on cool, the fan will stay running even when compressor shuts off. Best options but a bad remote display.small and blurry. Ac can display compressor percentage(power consumption), current room temp and set temp. Just long press for 3 seconds the display button.

Hold the timer cancel button down for 5 seconds, with the remote controller set direction toward the indoor unit. Or Try by resetting a Daikin air conditioner remote control , On the remote of the air conditioner, look for the 'On/Off' button. Press the 'On/Off' button and hold it for 3 seconds before you release the same. Now once again press the 'On/Off' switch for stopping operation. Then try to switch on the AC.
