I've been upping my fibre by more fruit and veg (pears and blackberries are high in fibre especially) and also those microwave grain sachets are very good and you can get them in so many different grain variations and flavours - they're really cheap in Aldi too! And a firm favourite - the baked bean! Tesco's 220gm can has 8.6gms! I hope the weather isn't too bad this evening up there! Xxx

Hiya lovely if looking to up your fiber iv swapped all white bread pasta and rice for brown takes a bit of getting used to but love it now it really helps with fibre xx
Thanks hunny. I rarely eat white bread and don’t have that much rice or pasta either. I can’t see myself getting 30g a day but I’m going to research exactly how much I should be aiming for. Thanks for your recommendations hun - greatly appreciated xxx
