Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.
Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I work in Marketing and PR but I am currently on maternity leave. I am focusing on my vlog while I am on maternity leave and I love it!
Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for 7 years, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser is 6, Caleb is 3 and baby Jackson who was born in September 2016!
Q: What camera do you use to film?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and Olympus Pen EPL7.
Q: What lighting do you use?
A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.

I love that your kids get to be kids. They mess up and jump in couches but then you teach them to pick up after 💛 good job Emily, you're doing such a great job in there. You're raising productive men!

We do the same with dinner! 3 reasons, hubby works late, we tend to eat things the kiddos aren't into and we love our adult dinners alone...with maybe a little Netflix in the background 😜.

Honestly you are so inspirational. it's really nice to get ideas from here, and I wish I had your good energy for organizing and cleaning, and your routines. But mostly your good energy overall as a mum. You're very active, and that's something I struggle with. I only have one 2 year old, but I feel rundown so often. I'm relieved to see another mum having separate dinners from her kids! My partner gets home really late so I usually don't eat until we're both home. This has given me a kick up the bum to get up and get my house tidied!

My evening routine currently involves getting everyone fed, having a little play time followed by baths, stories, and bedtime... And then I sit down with a bowl of ice cream and watch cleaning routine videos until I feel motivated enough to clean up my own house, haha.

It helps motivate and energize me to clean more and faster - and it also helps me realize that your kids are a tad older than mine so certain things might come a little easier... like getting them to help you clean. Thankyou for introducing me into Method!! I have quartz in my kitchen and its impossible to find anything to make it shine! I have been using window cleaner and I'm sick of the smell and I love that method is non-toxic makes me feel like you can clean anything and not worry what my sons dummies or bottles touch! This is a very realistic nighttime routine. I can't imagine starting the cleaning after the kids are in bed, like you I have a few minutes of energy after dinner and then I'm done for the night.

this sheds light on just how much work mums do if you're not one (and my parents had no dishwasher and, during our childhood and babyhood, my mother had no washing machine and had to handwash terry-towelling nappies because disposables hadn't been invented - apparently it takes several stages, #1 is remove all the poo and the penultimate is soaking in sterilising liquid...) I tried to have children and failed and it's awful, but i missed out on so much hard work...

Emily, my friend AmandaMuse recommended your videos and I love them! I am really enjoying your cleaning routine videos and am realizing that I don't have a cleaning routine and probably should. I also feed my kids their own dinner earlier and then my husband and I have our dinner in the evening. We prefer it. I know once our kids are older we will all eat together but right now it is the best fit.

You clean so much! Wish I had the time to do this. Jack seems to cluster feed every evening, so after we've all had dinner, he has his feed, then it's bath time for Ben, which Jack has to join us for most of it, as he's normally on and off me. Then I take Jack into our bedroom to put him to sleep. Which takes a while, and then once I'm in bed I cannot move. Haha! I think once Jack is older I'll be more organised.

This is so great, hehe what is it about cleaning videos! I love that you have time just you two to have dinner together once the kids are in bed, it's like date night every night! Do you think you will ever change to eating all as a family when the boys are older? My hubby is asleep on the couch at 730pm, so we all eat dinner together at 5pm...mind you here in Brisbane the sun is up before 5am and you know what they say, suns up sons up haha xo

Maybe to just help ease your load a tiny bit and keep the boys learning to tidy you could have them bring their dishes to the sink when they are done and also put their bath toys away, towels in the hamper, etc. Just small things that may help!

I love method I've got the glass cleaner on the go at the minute and it's smells minty and fresh I love it xxx I wish I didn't watch this while laid in bed because now I want to get up and clean 😂
