Oh absolutely, and the fact that Victor took damage to make the play underscores the likeliness of it being Pummel from arsenal. My hesitation about the play came from how unlikely it was that Victor would've drawn two Pummels in the same hand on Turn 2.
Turn 7: after not blocking with CnC, you could start the turn with it, and then play BRB with 2 Beast WIthins in hand. It's not like CnC gets +2. A similar play could've been made turn 4 too, you riskied discarding CnC to BRB then started with it anyway. Of course you have less information to work with if you choose to start with CnC there.
