I remember I used to try and draw horses like you... It never worked ;-; so I changed everything and made stuff smoother(cause everything on the horse was like a sharp point) and I followed horse drawing books and came out with my own style. Doesn't looks as good as yours, but I've only been drawing horses for maybe, 5 years? But you're my biggest inspiration on drawing cause, I mean, da drawing (/•w•)/

That's the area that's selected, so you can edit anything inside that area. Press 'v' or selection tool, and make sure the 'show transform controls' box is ticked in your tool bar at the top.
