Her videos lack one thing. Other people in the background. Almost as if those things are only available to the rich and powerful in government and their families. Also notice how bare those fridges were when she was out "shopping". Dictatorships really do insult our intelligence.
The comments on the offical video ("Yumi Space 1 - Ice Cream") are heavily moderated. They are all positive or neutral at best, nothing negative at all. I expected loads of comments about the near empty fridges, but nothing, not a single comment.

@Justified350most countries without a nuclear arsenal have usually kowtowed to western capital and imperialism. Any country that dares not to is met with destabilization, coups, and western friendly leaders are put in place. In order for a country having its own self determination, they must be able to defend themselves from western capital

North Korea. It's clear that they are trying hard to look like their environment is okay when it really is not. North Koreans who have escaped to South Korea are always shocked to witness the vast technological and economic differences.
You know our brain is made in a way which even normal people can see when someone is trying too hard to push through a planned conception they want us to see. I'm not saying that many arn't living a good life in the North but out of all the people there how much is able to??? Think about this... We see just the rich side of few youtubers from the North... In any normal country we would be seeing many youtubers, from all walks of life, showing us different things, not just about how they live in their country, however North Korea is just focus on "look my country is rich and beautiful, nothing bad happens here"... Right😒😒😒...In a country that still does not allow youtube among it's citizens.... Ofcourse this is government propaganda... I want to see the real North Korea... Everyday normal people from all walks of life, the rich, middle, poor.... The beautiful buildings and scenery, the developed... undeveloped, work in progress, what life is really like for everyone, what different views people have, their curiosity about many things, no thinking based off political based thoughts.... Just normal everyday people. North Korea wants to show us they are normal... I know they are, they are people like us too... But their execution of it is weird and zombie like... Even the small, relatively wealthy elite in Pyongyang don't have access to the internet. This channel is 100% controlled and scripted by the government. There are no real bloggers or vloggers in North Korea. There probably are a few tens of thousands of people in Pyongyang who live relatively privilleged lives, but you arn't going to find them on social media.
