I really disagree - you've moved to a new country to help yourself and your family, which is so much more than 99% of people on this planet would ever do, and your videos make a difference to hundreds of thousands of people. Hi Lou for your nails invest in vitamin E oil and rub into the nail and cuticles every night I suffer from Sjogren's disease, and this has helped my nails you need just a drop on each nail so a small bottle will last a long time :)

Thank you Lou C for yet another terapeutic video. Just like you, I live alone and often eat my dinner after work at home. However, as a lazy guy, I buy ready to eat meal. The sound of the cracking of eggs, the chopping board and cutting of vegetables in you video gave me the impression of eating a self cooked meal. And I enjoyed that. Many a times you have shown us your impeccable means of taking care of your home. Is there any chance you will do a video face to the camera about who you are? what do you do for a job? Hi Dear, Sweet, Lou. It's me, your friend from TX, USA. If you don't mind, I would like to tell you I also had the same problems as you (weight, dry nails, pain under left breast, tired, sometimes sad). These are all signs of low thyroid. Many doctors said my thyroid is ok, but, finally a specialist did the proper tests and we found out my thyroid is very low. Medication helped me so much! Doctors often don't listen or respond well to thyroid issues. Its very important for your health to make sure thyroid is at a good level, especially since you had some of it removed. Good for you for the exercising. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat so don't get too discouraged if your weight does not reduce like expected. 😊

As a nurse, we were always taught when making a patient's bed to place the open end of the pillow case facing the wall. That way, less bacteria can enter the pillow case while sleeping. So when you make your bed, place the open end of the pillow facing the wall 😊

Thank you for another interesting and very relaxing video. The next time you purchase green onions, save the root part that you cut off and stick them in a glass of water. After the roots become 2-3 inches, you can put them in soil and never buy green onions again. They are the easiest plant to grow. Watch a video on it for to see.

I am Scandinavian, half Danish and half Norwegian, and I live in Norway. I also lose weight quickly, but I also gain weight quickly. I had put on weight during the cold season, but with a little extra cycling and a slightly reduced food intake for breakfast, those kilos came off quickly. Wish you all the best!

Hello, Lou C. I had pain, also, under my left breast at your age. I had scans and biopsies more than once. I am 60 now, and have had the pain for 35 years. Otherwise, I am in excellent health. The pain is just part of my life but nothing is wrong. I pray the same for you.

A good thing to remember for dry nails is to make sure when you use hand lotion to include your nails the lotion helps them as much as your skin

The soup 🍲 with gyoza (dumplings) looks soooooooo good. As well, the okonomiyaki type breakfast you made yum yum 😋 You’re a chef in the making 😆 👏🏼 👏🏼 Thanks for sharing how life in Japan is for you. Out here in Las Vegas, NV 🇺🇸 during the summer it is very dry with little rain. As well, the temperature today will be 40 degrees Celsius (next week one day may be 48 🥵 🥵) so it is very hot in the desert. The air conditioner runs but we use fans to keep cool during the day and night. If your new pillow doesn’t help, a small fan may help or (weather permitting) leaving your window open slightly to let the fresh air/cooler weather inside may help too. I love watching how you live and how you enjoy the food you cook. Everyone should know how to cook their own food and enjoy it. Wanted to say idk if you need that much laundry soap for so few clothes. I’d use half that much, even if bottle recommended it. They always recommend more than you need to make money ! Also, pain under your left breast. Could be lots of things that are not breast related. Check it out before getting too worried. Good luck with everything.

That tyre replacement was an easy fix.Watching you prepare and cook your recipes is always fun. hey :) when you get up in the morning, leave your window/balcony door open and don't make your bed right away. You sweat when you sleep and should (so that no mold develops) air out the bed for 30 minutes. means that you do not lay the blanket straight, but put it to the side or from the bed, for the 30 minutes and with the window/balcony open.❤
