Lord, people will complain about everything won't they. Use the cooking method your comfortable using! Especially if your stove doesn't heat well. I like when you use the little portable stove. Here in the area I live in Louisiana, we use the bigger pots with the tanks to cook seafood when doing it in big groups and use newspaper on the tables to eat shrimp, crabs and crawfish. Your seafood meal looked absolutely delicious!! Lol he looked like me the first time we ate at friends home at a seafood dinner like that. I had no idea how to eat a whole blue crab or crawfish right. But i learned and love it now. We dont do rice but i just might at our next one! Enjoyed the video as usual. Be Blessed both of you!

Yummm to your dinner! But I couldn't clean the shrimp. IT freaks me out LOL. I LOVE eating shrimp though. Crab legs. Lobster. But not squid or scallops. I often make Indian curry at home, it uses all the same ingredients you use in this video (except for soda water), with the addition of garam masala. It is a healthier substitute for curry block that is often sold in the supermarket, as most curry block use shortenings to make it more shelf stable.

Gosh, I feel like a fussy grandma, but here is the short story of how I make Indian curry at home, it may not be the gold standard of how to make one, but in order to make things simpler (due to my laziness), here is what I did : 1.in a cold pan, put : butter and vegetable oil (adjust quantity according to your liking, for sauteing), 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 medium size onion, diced and 4 cloves of garlic, grated/thinly sliced, turn the heat on and saute all ingredients until the onion is translucent. 2. Reduce heat, add 1 bay leave and half a pouch of garam masala (can be bought at Ok store for around 100¥), continue to saute/stir until the oil turns orange. 3. Add 1 can of tomato (i like whole peeled, but any canned tomato is fine, even fresh tomato can be used) and 1 cup of milk. 4. Heat it up and stir until it is cooked (small bubble appear). Adjust the taste, add more salt if needed, add more milk if you want it more creamy. Blend the whole mixture using an immersion blender. This will be the curry sauce only. Add this sauce to tofu or animal sourced protein of your preference, which can simply be boiled or grilled.

@@Pawpaw-lh9nj i, honestly, do not get using butane. I am unable to cook on an electric range. I need to use fire for things like peeling roasted peppers, and i base my cooking temperatures on fire. electric ranges are much too tempermental.

Sorry to say but your chinchilla has way too small cage and the net bottom is bad for its feet :( Also I hope it has dry hay somewhere since it is an essential part of their diet and should be available all the time. It also helps to keep their backteeth at the right lenght.
