Mistake !! , First day se agar Paisa double hoga toh ... After 5 day we have 32 and not 16 . But u did double from the day 2 & not from day 1 ......Chlo thik .. if hum APKE jese hi solve kre toh after 20 days we have 5,24,288 and NOT 5,242 .. Although ...good vdo ... Teaches a lot 😄

Sir maine jab same vedio oct 2017 me dekha tab se maine bhi roz 5 km running 5 days per week atleast35 pages per day and watching motivational vedios roz. Tabhi mujhe kahi months baad mera crystal clear goal mila jispe mai abhi kaam kar raha ho. Its very helpful. Aone habbits jo karne me bahut hi chote hote hai par unka effect bahut bada hota hai

Edit1: 1 June 2020, After Almost an year I'm updating my results, 1 month of Intermittent Fasting, 35 days of NoPMO, Got rid of belly fat. My next update will be on month of August 2020. Edit 2 : This edit is based on my last three months achievement. *(1) Physical Fitness.* (i) Did 3,500 Push-ups. (ii) Walked 250 Kilometers. *(2) Spiritual Fitness.* Read religious books and prayed 2 times a day. *(3) Career Fitness* (i) Learned coding and did many projects and made apps. (ii) Started writing well researched articles.

Just make it a habit .. i am doing from past one month .. Early morning running and newspaper .. earlier i do exercise but not regular .. my motivation or "Why" factor is next year Everest trek ..
