Please correct : Its called Daily Huddle ( not hurdle). Huddle is what we see our India cricket team doing in a circle with hands on shoulders to discuss tactics or change strategy during an intense game in any format.

What "Risks" are discussed during the DSM?

Scrum call ... which says everything... Outdated... no mention that the daily scrum should be used to inspect progress towards the sprint goal. only the 3 questions wich are Scrum-Guide 2017 not 2020, and in some points wrong.

Your videos are great.Very informative.Thanks a lot for the great work.Could you please make on video on UAT testing at Scrum environment with example.Thanks
@AgileDigest
@AgileDigest 6 лет назад
Thank You Mitali. Yes , Its a Good Idea to make a Video on UAT, there are many mis-concepts in the industry about UAT within Agile framework. Specially at the transitioning mindset from Traditional to Agile. Will make it soon. Thanks for the Suggetions

Quick question...why are we handling Sick /Unplanned leaves..what will happen to that task or stories
@AgileDigest

Imtiaz, I actually did not got your question. Can you please explain it in details.
@Love20168
@Love20168 6 лет назад
sorry. I was asking if we are having any unplanned leaves how are we handling such situations.. who will take care of those user stories..
@AgileDigest
@AgileDigest 6 лет назад
No one can plan for unplanned leave in advance. only thing is you can keep the focus factor to keep 10% in advance, and team can fulfill the gap of one persons unplanned absence by using the reserved focus factor. If No one goes on unplanned leave, pick the next story from backlog, subject to availability of Bandwidth and Product owners agreement. If you are facing too many unplanned leave of team members, You need to find out the reason for so many frequent leave. Agile Will not be able to help there.

Great Presentation Sir. my quick question - should SM and PO update resolution of impediments in thier hand at the same meeting or after meeting?rule is not status update in DSM but later in SM and PO Responsibilities its mentioned that they update about impediments resolution.I am beginner so getting confused.please help
@AgileDigest

updating a Impediment state is perfectly fine. as long as it does not take much time. if the discussion is taking more time, park it for 16th minute.

If scrum master coaches 3 teams, each having 4 members, working on the same project. Each team is having 3 developers & 1 tester and each team is cross-functional & self-organized, then how the scrum master should organize sprint review? Shall the scrum master organize sprint review together for all 3 teams, as all 3 teams are working on the same project or should scrum master set 3 different stages for 3 teams, if so shall the stakeholders be called 3 times as all the 3 teams are working on the same project so the stakeholder is also same. Kindly provide an answer.

3 teams is a lot even though the size is small. doing 3 ceremonies is too much. This itself is an impediment
