Excellent Educational Video. Do you really have to run these commands every day when you have an RDS instance? I never had to flush bufffer or shared pool in RDS or non-RDS or kill sessions daily Also, Is there a need to use RMAN since RDS doe automated backups and snapshots?

These commands are needed as and when it's required. RMAN backup is needed if you need to restore it somewhere else other than aws rds

Hello can set up alerts notification whenever any ORA- error in alert log it can notify and sent mail and incident

I am not able run exec rdsadmin.rdsadmin_util.grant_sys_object('V$LOGMNR_LOGS', 'admin', 'SELECT', true); is not working for my master user. do we need to enable it somewhere? Error in rdsadmin_util.grant_sys_object.
