The video was shot in 2013. The training simulates the U.S. Navy will visit China. After many adjustments and reforms of the PLA honor guard, the military uniforms and ceremonies have been very different. The video only represents the training mode of the 2013-2015 honor guard. The latest adjustment is to March 2021, and the number of people has increased to 224, an increase of 55 female soldiers, excluding welcoming guests, accompaniment orchestras, marching orchestras and small drummers.
We might be enemies in some conflicts but We respect when we see these type of discipline, after all We have the same career, We are Soldiers, sailors, marines and airmans, greetings from California US veteran.
There has never been direct exchange of fire between China and US besides the Korean war, so unless you are a nonagenarian I suggest you tone down the BS.
Ihr Amis seit immer die Feinde und Verbrecher an freien und souveränen Völkern , höchste Zeit das ihr Bastarde überall rausfliegt und euch eine blutige Nase holt , alles schlechte für euch Kriegsverbrecher.
As a US Air Force veteran I am extremely impressed. I wish we could solve the Taiwan situation peacefully. China would be a mighty friend. I greatly appreciate You Tube for bringing the world to my/our doorstep to show that we are more alike than disalike. I applaud Chinese perfection.
I am a former soldier in the Romanian Armed Forces and I participated in several parades, so I really appreciate what I saw. Rigor, timing, all as one. Congratulations, soldiers!
@John John Sailors Are Not Soldiers & many people here don't know... It is easy to make judgement about them as Chinese Robots. But remember they are humans like all of us... They are just so devoted and professional and masterful in what they are doing. Bravo, PLA Fleet!
No they ain't if they were humans they would not be killing Muslims but it is ok let the world deny itself lets talk about how they killed there own people in 1989 i understand we all are human beings but they should come clean and admit what they did to us is wrong
they are indeed very disciplined, but keep in mind. This is strictly a ceremonial unit. These Sailors sign up for this and this only, and will never set foot aboard a ship. Same goes with their Army and Air Force ceremonial counterparts. This is all they do.
@@AgressorNation Also, I was under the impression that a military's ceremonial parade was originally to celebrate their individual regiments/ship/squadron battle honours like the United Kingdom. You know, wars we've actually fought in. ; ) Other countries that don't have historical battle honours try to make up for this with epic pantomime parades and try to imitate in numbers.
I love how all the sailors are the exact same height so they literally went out, measured all the troops, and took everyone who happened to be the right height
What a Beautiful presentation of the colorguard, I have never seen such a straight line, this got to be the best military parade I have ever seen, great job to you all.
I used to in a competitive marching squad, based on this video and how in sync they all are. It would take my squad of 30 men about 10,000 push ups each for punishment and another 6 months of training to get this level of marching.
Emmanuel Bediako : My friend, I was not bringing anything political into my comment. In fact, my comment was a compliment. These troops could belong to the Army of England, Poland, or whatever. It doesn’t matter to me. They just have done an EXCELLENT job of performing!
@@trin_is_unicorn4998 yes I can see that now and they looked down when they formed up, but they are marching at about 160 beats per min which is 20 more that a light infantry battalion. 140 beat takes some practice to make it look good but these guys are exceptional.
Looking at such formation am so impressed I cannot help commenting on these drills and parades spectacular display magnificent superb excellent formation one cannot denied the Chinese army and their perfection when it comes to military parades they are number one I just love 💕💯 them
I am ashamed of myself, i was looking for something funny to say. All i can say is that , they sure work hard to look so good. Almost looked like it was a mirror on mirror reflection.
Chinese are masters of this martial. They all same cut, same height , width, looks and pay incredible attention to detail. I wonder why can't they make their products like that?
@@1anonimo531 ditadura é aqui, cara pálida. Na China em 2016 o número de homicídios foi de pouco mais de 8.000, enquanto que no Brasil foi mais 61.000.
This must be the Naval compound in Beijing. In 1988, when I was a freshman in high school (Grade 10), my school organized three days of military training, which was held in the big drill ground of this Navy compound. Now I see the familiar scene in this video, and I really miss that good days!
PROFESSIONALISM. These men move as a unit and as one mind. Discipline is coursing through their bodies.I had no idea this ceremony was so professionally and flawlessly preformed for my Nations Pride in the beginning of this video, And when I heard my beloved Stars and Stripes respected on a level I could only dream, I shit you not I almost cried. I taught at a Chinese maritime u for two years. Flag raising ceremony was held once a week at 7am. This was in the north and except on really perishing days it went ahead rain or shine. Interesting discussions with students about significance of ceremony. I wrote a book about that time if anyone is interested.
China’s armed forces has had a long history of learning from Germany. The marching style (goose step) is actually a modified Prussian marching style that was adopted to fit the relatively small body figures of Chinese soldiers, and it can be traced back to 1930s.
This is an example of a unit that is right and tight. Love there formal dress and weapons both the SKS of the platoon, and the underfolding AKs of the right and left guards of the flag detail.
For a long time, the Navy was actually separate from the PLA (the PLA being direct troops under the Chinese Communist Party, while the other branches under the Chinese government, though essentially the CCP and the Chinese government are one and the same, the government/constitution of China has no power over the CCP), so it makes sense they would belittle the Navy.
@@satvenderrose don’t you guys feel shame to claim others achievement to yours. I have heard that 90% indians says they had invented kung fu just china has promoted it, you also claim Indus civilization of sindh(Pakistan) as your civilization
