listen to your body you were so correct I’ve had to deal with this situation before and I am on a strong medication due to endometriosis because I had to deal with all of this in the past.

Some people don't understand the benefits of working out. It gives your body energy and your muscles and joints are less stiff. Plus just moving your body is key. I get that now I never did before I started working out.

Our district usually only gives 3% or 4%. This year we also did not receive a bonus. Mist of us struggled, especially since our student loan payments have restarted. Our district is beginning to consolidate campuses ad enrollment decreases. The whole situation is exasperating. Have you ever considered make a video about your classroom management?

My new school does a Color Run every spring. There were two leaf blowers the teachers used on their homeroom students to get all the colored cornstarch off of their clothes and hair before going back inside the school building. I thought it was a great idea!

Please give yourself grace, I just got a laparoscopic hysterectomy Dec 2023. I had very painful period and a cyst on one of my tubes. Feel so much better

Had the same conversation with my husband about raises. He’s a long shoreman and I’m a social worker. The same principle applies regardless of job but he thinks he works harder so more is justified . 👀😂. Have a wonderful rest of your week and I hope you feel better soon.

Congratulations again on 20k. I LOVE Langston Hughes! I’ve don’t “mother to son” with my kids already this year. I love that they are able to grasp that the poem is an extended metaphor conveying the theme of “never giving up in adversity no matter what life throws at you”. I pair it with “Thank You Ma’am” also by Hughes. Poetry/Fiction compare/contrast characters and theme. Good stuff!
