Sharing my favorite scripture with you and what I do when I’m feeling anxious. “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer, supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus”. Philippians 4:6-7. If I find myself again going back over what I’m anxious about I simple say "Shalom” which of course means peace. This brings me back to my place of peace. Hey Roc, I just finished watching your video. It was very heartbreaking to hear you speak on your anxiety. I deal with it also and I know from experience what you're going through. The only thing that has helped me is medication. I had put off taking taking medication for decades because I didn't want it. But I started having panic attacks. Also, being a Capricorn, I am an over achiever, over thinker, and a worry wort. So, when you said, it might be a Capricorn thing... that is a part of it too.😩😂😂 As for your content, it is the créme de la créme, never dog food. I’m working on a project as well and I felt like I needed to get to a specific goal before implementing it but I’ve decided to start working on it without having everything situated or figured out. I have a lot of passages that I love which keep me in a positive state of mind, here are some: Jeremiah 29:11, Matthew 7:7, Matthew 11:24, Hebrews 11:1, Proverbs 3:5-6, Ephesians 3:20, Philippians 1:6 and when I need to check myself in regards to competing , comparing and/ or falling into toxic patterns I go to Romans 12:2. There are so many others, of course, but those are my main go to’s for help when I feel stagnant, complacent, inadequate, doubtful, etc. I hope it helps. 💝

Be aware of who and what you are allowing into your space. Rebuke that evil in the name of Jesus. And 🛑 stop having fear. Have FAITH!!! The devil thrives/loves/manifests on fear. You will and are successful. A lot of people still can’t just quit having a job and do RU-vid full time… This is a blessing sis. Be at peace and have faith. You know you have quality work. Also reference psalms 23, 91 are good for anxiety. Psalms 31, 91 are good for spiritual protection. The “calm” app is great as well. It has several categories of things that aid in stress reduction/anxiety.
