The nausea, headaches and tiredness are here … not for long if I’ve got anything to do with it!

I love your updates you are so uplifting and positive ❤ I’m also on week 5 on my mounjaro journey and so nice to see your experiences. I decided to get the 5th dose out of my 2.5mg pen yesterday so will be taking my first 5mg next Thursday xx

Your videos are a bright spot in the day! Hope your side effects go away and stay away. I'm 6 weeks in and on 5mg. Was lucky the first 6 weeks and had really no side effects to speak of. It finally caught up with me yesterday! Wow, don't ever want to have those side effects again. Thankfully I know what I ate that kicked it all off, and wont be eating that again :)

Glad you're feeling better! Also, you might want to ask your health team about taking ibuprofen. Mine said not to with Tirzepatide, acetaminophen is ok though. Too bad, ibuprofen was knocking my headaches out. But see what yours say about it. You're doing great! Loving your videos, afraid you've convinced me I need more crafting in my life 😁

lol … do not be blaming me if you buy more craft stuff 🤣🤣🙈🙈🙈 haha but we all need more stuff right. That’s really interesting about ibuprofen. I checked the bnf and it’s not a problem however I expect the fact it is potentially in the stomach longer due to delayed gastric emptying it could affect the lining/ulcers etc. really interesting point that I will look into more. Thankyou so much for letting me know - truly appreciated xxx♥️
