The week is really flying by. I finally made it to the allotment and dug up some potatoes - oh my goodness they are delicious!!
I hope you are all having a great week so far.

I've been watching some of your recent and older vids and you've really inspired me to start a weight loss journey of my own. I needed a massive kick up the bum and you've definitely given me the motivation. Next stop exercise... joined Pure Gym but found it totally overwhelming so thinking of some home workouts like you do. Thank you for sharing all of this and have a lovely holiday ❤

I used to love going years ago but now I prefer to workout alone. I’ll be starting to share my exercise journey once I’m back from my holidays so I hope that will help to give you a few ideas too. Just grab some weights and have fun ♥️♥️♥️

I love allotment days! 🥔🥕🌽🍅🥬🧅🧄😃 Weather here has been more October than July for days now - Do you think we can get a refund on the weather for this year? 🤔🙃 Just seeing you being silly and singing and so on goes to show hust how happy you are right now and that's just brilliant! I use the GLP-1 setting on WW so it focuses on protein rather than points. I share points so that anyone on regular WW can get the points values of my meals. I track my calories to make sure I am eating enough because it is very easy to under eat on GLP-1 medication. I haven’t followed SW in a long time … hope that helps xxx

I feel sorry for mimi too … she’s carried herself so well through all of this. I do think Nicole needs to chill out a bit … I can see her being a bunny boiler 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m just loving the drama. It will be lights off as soon as it’s finished tonight. I need to be up just before 3am 😩😭
