Mr Mandiwanza has been a great CEO for Dairibord for over 20 years now, but it's also good that he tries other struggling companies which may need his experience.
@@mkwaturi i agree, but in Mr Mandiwanzira's case, he sounds quite knowledgeable in terms of the company's operations & financial management alike. very articulate in rhetoric & i think if someone can defend themselves satisfactorily with facts that can be verified, i, personally see no problem! he holds significant institutional memory & my only worry could be succession planning.
Yes but it's pretty much deadwood, they important milk from Malawi and powdered milk too from South Africa, which they mix with water and sell as Chimombe.
@@aaronguri8777 Yes imagine, since the land reform there are not enough farmers to supply dairiboard with milk anymore. So some of it is imported from Malawi and some of it is imported from South Africa as powdered milk, once it arrives, it is mixed with water then sold as Chimombe fresh milk.
