I honestly don't understand why plants an landscaping is SO EXPENSIVE! Debug is super useful for budget builds and thanks to Better Build/Buy, I don't have to suffer scrolling through that menu

Around 5:00 - Sometimes I’ll put a small shelf or shaped mirror above the bed. For example, my current Sim is an entertainer (comedian branch) and she unlocked the star-shaped mirror. The lines felt very sharp so I put that above the bed. Just an idea! Love the build ❤️

It's 2,000 more for each sim after 1. So 2 sims would be 22,000; 3 sims = 24,000; 8 sims = 34,000

I LOVE that fenced-in area, it just gives off such good vibes!! And I agree, the living room and kitchen looked surprisingly fancy/high-end. A model home was my first thought too LOL! Or maybe one of the sims living there is an interior designer 😂❤️

So sometimes what I do is have the children after college rent homes until they inherit the " main home " from the matriarch/ patriarch so my 8 sim family is spread out in rentals

One sim gets 20,000. For each sim you add you get an extra 2,000

I'm using all of your houses in my save file because I'm on console and don't have many packs, I'm not sure how to find this house in the gallery because it isn't showing up under the name. :((

That one tile bookshelf being over a thousand simoleons never made sense to me. Deleting that alone might be enough to make this a starter home for a couple of Sims
