Hi, yes i agree..the handle i use is actually the same size as the factory one...its just that it has a ball shape knob which i like as its easier to grip(specially when wet). some people install larger handle with larger knob which does not make sense on a small reel...you'd also be putting un-needed stress on the gears with larger handle due to more force being applied when cranking.

@@marcusgonewild that's awesome to hear..you will like the upgrade. the base drag setting (free spool tension) will be slightly higher though due to the increased friction of the carbon washers.. just fyi

I use Cal's Drag Grease. It's excellent and Carbontex actually recommends it.

I am not sure about that mate. it could be all the same. just don't have another LT here with me to check/confirm.

I use either Ardent Reel butter or Cal's drag grease. both work well...
