Taking a trip down memory lane with what was my very first reel, the Daiwa. Under Spin 40! Check out @ParabellumFishing for some more great fishing and jig making content!
Thanks for another great video buddy! Appreciate as always, you taking us along on your journey and sharing. Hope you're having a great Memorial Day weekend. #BayouBuckOutdoors rocks!
I made not 1, but 2 cameos in this one! HAHA! I looked it up, you guessed right at 4lb. For the price of those things, they are a lot of fun to mess with. That rod actually looked pretty nice. Fun video bro! 👊🏻
Nice. I never did get around to looking up the line size. Yeah, for the money they're pretty decent, but at this point in the game its almost like going from pro to little league. Lol I figure if i gave you a couple cameos it might boost my views. Hasnt worked so far. Lol
I actually remember my very first fish. A small bass. Back then I had to fiddle with things, and my drag was incredibly loose. That small bass might as well have been a giant, because I could barely get it in. Lol
People can't drag in the fish 🧐🎣 with this set up even better reel then I thought 💭 you said you can fill the one bearing being clunky. I have never felt that. I want to go out today and check my two and see on Rainbow trout. 15in to 18in average in stream. sometimes bigger. The bearing are sealed right or they would get dirt in them if open. I'm very cautious now.
This are still the same thing from 1996 to 2024 are they going to stay the same. Like them a lot for trout fishing on small 5 foot pole on light. The drag is the best in the front perfect like a spinner cast reel. The only one like this right.
