Skip is right, Dak doesn't have the "it" factor. Sure, Dak plays great in the regular season, but when push comes to shove in the post season, he just doesn't have "it." He's just not the right guy for the job, not saying he's bad or anything, he's just not the right guy. Who's the right guy? I'm not going to sit here and claim that I know who the right guy is. Aikman threw 17ints in 16 playoff games. He threw 4ints and 3ints twice in four different games. The reason Aikman was able to overcome was the Cowboys had a great Def and Running game! Dak doesn't have either.

Right Current defense gave up at least two 200- 300 yard rushing games . and teams hung up over 35 at times. Play calling and skeems seem to get stagnate in playoffs. Daks starts slow and defense but usually the opposing team could let off rhe gas and get comfortable.. Hence the empty calorie debate

It's an entirely different league now. It's Aikman's era, an 4,000 yard passing season was considered phenomenal. Now, it's the expectation. Given Dak's history of injury, it would be better for him as well as the team, if he was asked to do less. The Cowboys don't need him to throw for 375 yards a game. They need to run more. Truth be told, they should have kept Zeke and traded Pollard. Nothing against Pollard, but he's not an every down running back.

He's tied for losses with Josh Allen but here's the difference. Josh has lost to a proven and elite Burrow and Mahomes. Got blown out at home vs Burrow but put up a really good performance vs Chiefs and lost by a missed field goal. Dak has lost to average to below average Jimmy G, the last draft pick of 2022, and first year no expectations Jordan Love. All the losses, Dak played poorly and underdelivered.

The defense didn't make GB punt once in the playoffs. Dak got the Cowboys back within 11pts, would've been 10 if the kicker didn't miss the extra point with a quarter and a half left to play. CeeDee is clutch but he dropped 2 crucial passes early in that game.

Forced to listen to Cowboys fans and sportscaster tell me all season long about Dak and his weaknesses. The Cowboys are weak in coaching, gm skills, and ownership. Jerry is the problem. He isn't a football genius and Dallas fans have suffered for it. Dallas lost to Greenbay due to being outcoached and outclassed. A smart independent coach would not have allowed that. Stop blaming Dak for everything that goes wrong. While Jerry runs the team, they won't win in the playoffs.

At one point, they had one of the Best Offensive Lines, A Top 3 RB, a Top 10 WR... Then outside of that one abysmal year, they had one of the Best Defenses in the League at one point... So Yeah, when you're getting paid like you're a top player and you're actually not, then it's only a matter of time before everyone turns on you lol.

There has been no year when they have had a top oline, top 3 RB, top 10 WR and the leagues best defenses The young years when that oline was elite and zeke was zeke. Cowboys had one of the worst defenses. It was only until They drafted parsons in 2021 when they had a good defense on the rise but by that time zeke wasn’t zeke, the oline was hurt and missing majority of the games ( T smith ) and ceedee wasn’t all pro ceedee. Ohh and a competent gm Now you look at the other QB’s and what they had. Big difference Dak and ceedee carried that week offense last year without a run game 😂 It was a dak and ceedee show. Has dak played bad in the playoffs? Of course but outisde of mahomes who hasn’t? You have players like herbert and Lawrence who people think is better than dak who can’t even make the playoffs with a stack roster

@@blaketindle4703 that’s more of a personnel problem. the defense as a whole can’t stop the run. a lot of people make the argument that he can’t pass rush as good but he’s getting tripled every other passing down. he needs help around him coming from the interior d line and middle line backers. it’s definitely not micah who’s overrated it’s this defense. we lose micah and mark my words we won’t be able to recover the same way if we lost ceedee or dak
