Dalby Forest - Red and Black Trails - North York Moors Mountain Biking 

Plenty of singletrack mountain biking around 22 miles of Dalby Forest. Set in the North Yorkshire Moors, it is well worth a visit. Mostly red trails, with a bit of black descending down a rocky gully.
