Dales latest double drum edge drive spiral application.
Each tier is directly driven through a sprocket running down the outer edge of the belt. This design eliminates belt lift as an overdrive motor for system tensioning is no longer required, the belt also has a hold down tab to safeguard against belt lift and promote engagement on the sprocket. The removal of the center drum makes this application not only cost effective but also improves hygiene and clean ability.
