Yeah, I don't think they should have forced the quick proposal like that. It seems like he was pushed into it, not like it was what he really wanted. Even the proposal on the normal timeline of The Bachelorette would happen after a couple of months, not after a couple of weeks. I hope he really does want to marry her rather than just being there for his 15 minutes of fame, knowing that engagements on this show usually end up breaking up anyway. I do think that he genuinely has feelings for her, but I also feel like he was pushed into this.

I really hope they work out, but let’s face it. The odds aren’t too good. She says she loves him because he keeps showing up for her. They haven’t gone through anything stressful to actually see if they will be there for each other. All bachelor couples don’t get a true taste of reality on the show, but this is even crazier. I am 100% in their corner but the more I watch the videos it seems like he's having second thoughts or is trying to pull away. He wears the 'aura' ring on his left hand and when people ask about it he says adamantly 'this is not a wedding ring, it's on my right hand (which it really doesn't look that way to me) and then when he's doing the Q and A's he answers one of them kinda crappy 'we're not married'. Then another thing he says about marriage is 'maybe someday.' When she mentions 'babies' he shuts down. I was very positive about their relationship in the beginning but the more videos I watch and articles I read I become somewhat doubtful. He didn't realize he was gonna have to propose either. I think there are feelings but I don't think his are strong enough to stay in the relationship long term.

From what seen what I saw, she kinda guided him into creating this ideal proposal or dream for her. Like she kinda made it happen herself. (Ex) when she said Dale protected her against Yusuf? Like how, all he did was hug you AFTER he left and talk to you. Like she’s creating these situations in her head that aren’t healthy, and one day she’ll be blindsided. I feel like this is more desperation than love. I don’t mean any harm at all, I hope that the love is true and they go far from the relationship. But seen the body language as an outsider tells a lot.

Good point. It seems like she is creating him to fit a version of an ideal man in her mind based on the few interactions they had on the show. I’m sure we have all done this at some point in our lives- conger up a narrative with a love interest that fits our fantasy. Hopefully as they get to know each other it will be solid. Personally, I feel that it’s good to pace yourself in a new relationship and not give everything up to that person at once. Especially when it’s based on lust.

She was blown away by his looks , it was almost like she couldn’t believe a guy as goodlooking as Dale would be interested in her . The guy is gorgeous , he is a model and let’s be real , in terms of looks he is out of her league . He is charming and pretty down to earth as well , Let’s just hope he doesn’t change his mind 1 year later. He seems like a nice guy .... but that doesn’t guarantee anything
