Haven’t watched the dale tribe in a while. I was diagnosed with t1d two years after Aspen and started focusing on my journey with it. But I found you guys again and I’m rewatching all of the vlogs!!! Love you guys!!!

Merry late Christmas! I really hope Eli is doing better. Aspen Joy's drawing is truly amazing! One of my favorite parts of Christmas was still enjoying our traditions even if it was the first year of my sister have type 1 diabetes. 🎄

Saffran bun's are from Sweden and not Norway. In Sweden we call saffran bun's lussebullar or lussekatter and it is a soft bun with raisin. You can by them at IKEA. In Sweden it is tradisjonelle to give a lussekatt and a gingerbread with hot chocolate, coffee or glögg on December 13 early in the morning as a breakfast. If some one would try glögg you should worm it up in a saus pan and you know when it is done it will smell and when you are drinking it you should add 1-2 tea sounds with a mix of raisin and finely chopped almonds. With Eli be careful with the mono, it led to all of my autonomic chronic illnesses. Even when he starts feeling better keep him reigned in and resting for a least 2 weeks! Seriously mono is not a joke of an illness and can cause a lifetime of illness!
