I wish I knew of this was, going to appear. I would have RACED!!! over to Warrington to see it. Cameras included. I 💕❤ this colour of a DALEK The only other one I ❤💕 to see would be the black one. But, to see them In any colour moving about under their own power would simply make my day, week, month, year etc, etc, etc.

So while I was tempted to write "the council" asking of the mkt's demise, seems I can not. Curious as to your use of the noun "destroyed". I agree that Councils, like any government, has their own agenda. For a moment I thought of my expression, a quote, "You can't steal if you don't build" (aka "kick backs/graft") and the "new" was somehow related to a rebuild. No evidence one way or the other.
