Also, I only saw the entire ending of this movie while it was on RU-vid in 2011. During that time, I made two custom Animaniacs characters in the middle of June. The evil Wizard Waldo, the Wicked Wizard of the West, and his henchmen were created on June 23, whilst Background Singer, the hero of "Animaniacs" was created 3 days later. At the time, it was only Dot's death I saw, with no reactions of the sort. But later in December, three months after the creation of the wise-cracking Babes "The Magnificent" Bunny, created on September 13, 2011 for "Tiny Toon Adventures", he became a part of the story as Background Singer's sidekick. I have a version where it's more darker and scary, but just on a PG-rating like this direct-to-video feature and the other WB direct-to-video movie, "Batman: Subzero Mr. Freeze". And here is so far, how Background Singer's side of the story goes. Keep in mind that I haven't it fully, and some parts could be adjusted

Hey! I've done that movie on my review show, "Family Movie Collaboration." It's still a good movie though. Nice review. :)

+Ackley Attack TV Thanks. Animaniacs is one of my favourite Childhood shows and even though I think it could go on the film was a nice way to end it.

As he leaves, he looks at the photo of his drawing of him and Dot and sings "When She Loved Me" from "Toy Story 2" as we see a flashback of Dot and Background Singer's moments from the TV series. As the song ends, Background Singer sheds a tear and the picture accidentally slips out of his hand, flying out of the window and landing in front of Waldo. He then sees Wakko running to the star and touching it thanks to a cannonball that hit him. Then suddenly, it is revealed that Dot was faking her death. To Waldo, he felt that it wasn't too late and says "I've got to stop that limo and set things right!". Suddenly the limo stops and Background Singer says "Waldo? You came back." and the two brothers apologize for their big mistakes. Background Singer, however, is still worried about what Dot will have to say about him, but luckily, his band members, Waldo, and Babes were all able to encourage him to go on. The wizards hug, and Waldo says "Go get 'em, tiger." as he watches his brother run back to the place where Dot died. As soon as he got back, Dot is super happy to see him, and Background Singer holds her hand and kneels down on one knee saying "Dot Warner, my beautiful Princess Angelina Contessa Louisa Franchesca Banana Fanna Bo Bessca III, will you... sorry, I got a little carried away.". Then Waldo gives his brother his photo and he shows it to Dot, who loves it, then Background Singer tells Dot the truth, that his real name is Egon and that he is a wizard. Dot tells Background Singer that she still loves him, even if he is a wizard and kisses his lips. Background Singer faints and is loved by Dot, then Nathan shows up all proud that instead of following his expectations, Background Singer did something better, he befriended Waldo. Nathan casts a spell on Waldo making it so that he is now resistant to snow. Background Singer is happy, and sings the reprise to "Go the distance" and watches Wakko wish for two haypennies. As soon as they get back, Dr. Scratchansniff and Hello Nurse allow Background Singer and Wizard Waldo to work on Dot's surgery with them, and the two wizards volunteer by making medicine from Waldo's old potions. The surgery was successful, Dot got her cutie mark, and while Dot recovers in her room, Background Singer finally got to propose to Dot and ask her hand in marriage. She happily accepts, and will marry him after she does her thing at the captain, only this time, Background Singer doesn't get mad Dot because she accepted his promise. At the part with King Salazar kicked out, Wizard Waldo shows up with his Dragorillas and Twinkies and turns his back on him, while Background Singer gets his revenge saying "Sick 'em, boys!" and after Salazar gets eaten, Background Singer wears his clothes saying "From now on, you're gonna have to call me, KING Egon, the Wicked Wizard of the East" and everyone laughs. Then back at the Warner Bros. Studio lot, Dot and Background Singer get married, with Babes hosting the ceremony and wedding the happy couple. As soon as Babes says "Is there anyone who says that these two should not be wed? Speak now, or forever hold your peace.", Waldo steps up to the stage where he tells his brother how proud he is, and gives his trust to Dot. Babes says "Then by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you two husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride." and as soon as Dot and Background Singer kiss, he magically transforms into a Warner, so now, he's one of them. At first he's surprised about his new form, but decides to wish for Babes' freedom, making Babes' shackles disappear while he's in a cloud. Babes is happy that Background Singer kept his promise, and wishes him a good afterlife, and tells him "And Singer, never forget about the man who suddenly got everything he always wanted." Background Singer replies "Why? What happened to him?" and Babes says "He lived happily ever after." and hugs him, then flies off like a comet into the air until a star shines as everyone shouts goodbye. From thereon, Yakko and Wakko are kings and so is Background Singer, who is now married to Queen Dot under one castle, and basically everyone lives happily ever after. After the second wishing star flies across the screen, "Batman (Reprise)" by Danny Elfman plays during the first part of the credits, followed by Yakko, Wakko, Dot, Background Singer, Wizard Waldo, and the entire Animaniacs cast singing R. Kelly's "I believe I can fly" from "Space Jam". Possibly, there could even be a potential after-credits scene, where as an advantage of breaking the 4th wall, Yakko, Wakko, Dot, Background Singer (as a human), and Wizard Waldo enjoyed the movie while test screening it, and Wakko says "We should watch it again." following by Wakko clicking the power button, turning off the TV. After which, we see the closing logos for Amblin Entertainment and the closing "Distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures" logos. TRIVIA - Only on the 15th anniversary edition DVD and Blu-Ray disc, The Paramount Pictures logo will show up in the beginning and end before the Warner Bros. Pictures logos, while the Nickelodeon Movies logo only shows as a still logo after the Amblin logo in the beginning, and shows up as a still logo after the Warner Bros. Pictures logo. Although Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies didn't work on this project, they did show the movie and the show on their channel.

Upon their solemn vow, they stumble across a military encampment and sign up to fight the war against King Salazar and Wizard Waldo. The General, Manfred Mink (Minerva Mink's grandpa), seems to be rather intrigued that Background Singer appears to be a skilled fighter, but hardly remembers him. So he puts him to the test in a training montage. Through the song, "I'll Make a Man out of You" from "Mulan", montage crosses between Waldo and the general training his men, and Manfred training his men, plus Background Singer too, and surprisingly seems to be impressed and remembers him. Skipping ahead to after the Warners are locked in a cave, Wizard Waldo reveals himself to be the mastermind behind this evil scheme. Yakko, Wakko, and Dot are angry at Waldo for setting them up, and Waldo sings "King K. Rool's Finest Hour" from "Donkey Kong Country" to show how victorious he'll be when the Warners die. Then as he sends his guards out on patrol, he hires his pets, the Dragorillas to seek out Background Singer in flight, and to kidnap him and get Babes' lamp for three extra wishes, two for him, and two for the King. Background Singer and company head out for war, but are ambushed by Waldo's Dragorillas, who successfully get away with Background Singer and Babes' lamp in their grasp. In one of King Salazar's towers, Background Singer gives Babes his lamp and tells his friend to fly out to California for help. Wizard Waldo however threatens Background Singer saying "Which is more than you'll ever be! Fool that I am, I should've known you and that bunny were in this together. You two have been more trouble to me than your worth one way or another, but it will soon be over now! See this snowflake? That's how much longer you've got to stay alive, and it isn't long I'm afraid, Singer. It isn't very long at all, just long enough for me to think of an unpleasant, but wildly entertaining death for you. Of course, there is one way to escape, over that window. It's a long jump down, and worst of all, the rocks down there are sharp. So, in case you decide to take that route, be a friend and put a message on the windowsill saying you killed yourself to see your precious princess Dottie, it will save us enough trouble from having to see you two live happily ever after in public." and freezes the door with a glacier. Background Singer is now all scared, even when he sees the Warners calling for Background Singer in a reflection, but seconds later, Waldo's face appears and mocks Background Singer saying "Yakko, Wakko, Dot, come back! Come back!" and shouts "I'll let you see those Warners, Background Singer!" and evilly laughs as he disappears.

Yeeeeeah, I'm a firm believer that Dot's "death" is actually WAY SADDER to watch when you're older. XD Especially since I've gone to animation school since. I can really appreciate the relationship between the Warners and how precious it is, and the fact that they become kings and queen by the end. UGH.

ADDITIONAL MUSIC AND SCORE - Danny Elfman STORYLINE - After the Warner Bros. Pictures logo with Bugs Bunny and Wakko, and the Amblin Entertainment logo, the camera flies down from the moon (where the Amblin logo is) down to the water tower where a man with flowers and presents is entering. Background Singer opens the door, only to find no one's there. He tries to find his other friends too, like Dr. Scratchansniff, Hello Nurse, Ralph, and even Mr. Plotz (whom he always held a grudge against) but they're gone too. He then sees a message on the Warners' fridge saying that they'll be gone for Christmas. It doesn't say why, but regardless, Background Singer is sad because he wanted to tell Yakko, Wakko, and Dot his confession, that all these years, he was a wizard like Waldo. Then he starts to sing "Go the Distance" from "Hercules", debating if he should stay or go. During the second part of the song, Background Singer plucks the last flower pedal saying "I'll tell them!" and continues singing as he packs up and starts his solo adventure saying, "Don't worry, friends. Here I come." and begins his adventure until the screen fades to the actual beginning of the film.

When Babes came back with reinforcements, he, Manfred, and the rest of the military approach King Salazar's castle under surveillance. As they all snuck to the trench of the castle, Babes explains his idea to disguise themselves as Twinkies to trick the General and Waldo. Luckily, they were ambushed and fought the guards until the screen shows them all dressed as Waldo's Twinkie guards. They all chanted "Oh we oh, yo-oh!" with the others until they got into the cave preparing to kill the Warners. Dot uses her cuteness to scare away the Captain of the Guard, and they all get caught by a Twinkie Guard, who actually is Babes. As soon as they got past Waldo and Salazar through cunning, they searched for Background Singer and broke the glacier of ice. During the reprise of "I'll Make a Man out of You", Yakko, Wakko, Dot, and Background Singer all successfully escape the tower with Babes, until the genie gets caught by two naked Twinkie Guards who report him to the wizard and make him a slave. Waldo and the king see Yakko, Wakko, Dot, and Background Singer running to the wishing star, but as Dot is running out of energy, Waldo was able to appear at them and have them surrounded saying "Going somewhere? Well, we won't hear of it, will we my Twinkies?". Then Waldo uses his scepter to determine who will be the first to die, saying "Ring around the rosies, a pocket full of spears. The flakes of time have run out for all of you. The first one to go will see the last two go before him! And their sick little sister too! Eenie, meenie, miny, mo. Who will be the first to go? Thin-man? Singer? Tongue-sticker? No! My scepter has chosen Dot shall go!". However, as cannonballs are being fired, Background Singer was able to protect his friends for a short while, until he ran out of bullets. Wizard Waldo managed to kill Background Singer, while King Salazar managed to kill the Warners. With blood leaking, Background Singer reached for his lamp and was able to touch it with his fingertips, and as soon as he died, Babes used one wish to revive him. However, although Background Singer, Yakko, and Wakko were still alive, Dot had died after telling story one last time. Wizard Waldo is shocked at first, but then gets happily excited because finally killed Dot and sings "You are dead" from "Total Distortion". By the end, Background Singer gets extremely mad at Waldo and punches him shouting "WHY DID YOU KILL HER!?" and Waldo offers to have Background Singer challenge him to a duel. If Background Singer wins, Waldo will restore Dot as she was, but if Waldo wins, Background Singer's death shall be granted. With enough courage, as the theme for "Batman (1989)" plays, Background Singer is able to fight Wizard Waldo, while Babes, Manfred, and the army were able to break into war with Waldo and Salazar's men. Background Singer is close to being dead, but Yakko and Wakko stand up for Background Singer, and so do the others behind the wired fences by throwing snowballs at Waldo. Just when Background Singer started feeling victorious, Waldo then appears as a dark shadow genie (like he appears in "King Yakko" for a few seconds before his demise) and cannot be defeated. As soon as he grabs Dot and is about ready to eat her, Background Singer switches his mic to his grapple gun installment and reach Waldo, then rips off his belt (which would be his scepter) with his brute strength and fury. Then, the truth comes out as Background Singer reveals himself as Wizard Egon, who was what Waldo had been looking for for years after recognizing his little brother's birthmark. After a lightning bolt strikes Waldo's scepter, causing our hero to lose all his hair, he tries to bring Dot back to life, but the spell doesn't work, and Background Singer cries at Dot. As Waldo approaches his brother, remembering him, Background Singer gets aggressive and violently attacks Wizard Waldo in rage, and gets out Waldo and prepares to kill him for killing Dot. Waldo is scared and says "W-w-wait. L-l-l-l-listen to me now, Singer. L-l-listen to me." but Background Singer shouts "NO! YOU LISTEN! ALL MY LIFE YOU'VE BEEN TELLING ME THAT THE WORLD IS A DARK, CRUEL PLACE! BUT NOW I UNDERSTAND THAT WHAT'S DARK AND CRUEL ABOUT IT ARE PEOPLE LIKE YOU!" and as soon as he's about to kill his older brother, he purposely misses says "A life for a life. Now are you happy? After everything you did to us?" and storms out, implying that he'll never forgive Waldo for what he did, and King Salazar fires him for failing. In fear, and sadness, Wizard Waldo leaves, without any of his men following him. Yakko and Wakko however never knew Background Singer was a wizard, and one of them asks why he didn't tell them before. Background Singer was worried that they wouldn't love him anymore, but Yakko tells him that whether he is a wizard or not, he always will love him as a friend. Background Singer decides to leave, and says his last goodbye to the two Warners. Yakko shakes his hand and Wakko hugs him saying "Goodbye", and they watch him leave in the limo that will Background Singer to his next concert tour.

This is where I have things not exactly planned out. As soon as we see the wishing star, Background Singer follows it, thinking it's a light that will lead him to his friends, until he trips on something in the snow. That something, is Babes' magic lamp. He rubs it, and awakens his genie friend from the cold. As the man and the red bunny rejoice, Babes warns him that Wizard Waldo his formed an alliance with King Salazar. This leads to Wizard Waldo and his Twinkie Guards singing "Be Prepared" from "The Lion King" with King Salazar, Ralph, and Mr. Plotz. Skipping ahead to the part where everyone leaves the town at daybreak for that star, Background Singer and Babes see the town of Acme Falls and sing "What's This?" from "The Nightmare Before Christmas" until they see a blue snowflake float down and turn into an old Wizard. His name is Wizard Nathan, the Good Wizard of the North, and he is the eye of Acme falls and the sorcerer of winter. He knows about Yakko, Wakko, and Dot and gives Background Singer the ability to see where they went. Also, he advises our heroes to defeat Wizard Waldo and King Salazar from getting to that wishing star first, and to have Background Singer face his fear about letting his secret out. In a parody of "We're off to see the wizard", Babes and Background Singer sing their way into the woods. Then later, they both talk about that wishing star and Babes explains his true wish if he got that star instead of him, freedom. Background Singer vows to save two wishes for emergencies and to save the last one for his freedom.

Also, I only saw the entire ending of this movie while it was on RU-vid in 2011. During that time, I made two custom Animaniacs characters in the middle of June. I have a version where it's more darker and scary, but just on a PG-rating like this direct-to-video feature and the other WB direct-to-video movie, "Batman: Subzero Mr. Freeze".
