I didn't like these paints they are very chalky and I found they don't mix well at all.

I haven’t used all the colours yet so I might find some difficulty in mixing some of them but the greens and blues i so far have found to be alright on the mixing. I am a sucker for smaller palettes as well but my all time favourite watercolours are Windsor and Newton Cotman and I also really enjoy the Mungyo watercolours 💕💕

I have one of the other Daler Rowney palettes and found them to be great for sketchbook work.

I love this palette. I have it and I also have a set of profgessional winsor newton and I find myself reaching for this one. the colours activate so quickly and are so pigmented

I 100% agree for all there considered a more student grade palette there so worth the purchase it’s always between this one and the Mungyo watercolour palette I tend to grab for my paintings 💕💕

Thanks for this, enjoyed the swatching, I have a very old set of these and enjoy using them as well. Can I ask you to share the name of the sketch book you mentioned, I didn’t catch the name in the video.
