wanyeng my friend just sent me this link. Here’re some key differences: 1) Cuban coffee never uses instant coffee, 2) Cuban coffee uses the first liquid that comes out the top of a bialetti (which means you brew it first) and mixes THAT in a container with the sugar to make it creamy. You add the rest of your brewed espresso to the “cream” and pour it back and forth until it’s pretty much gone from the mixing vessel, and 3) nix the milk in a Cuban coffee. In a cafe con leche, sure. But not for just a coffee.

It's pretty fuckin disgusting if you are used to decent coffee.

@@bozoc2572 there is good instant coffee but it's hard to find. Usually some local roaster do that with specialty beans

Ardra Dwipayana you actually added more water to it, try with only few drops of water and if needed u can add more drops water to it, enjoy
