I just tried making dalgona and just wanted to say be careful not to spill any sugar if you are using an open flame or a gas stove because I spilled some sugar and IT CAUGHT ON FIRE. Luckily it was very small and I was able to put it out with some water but just be safe everyone
Americans who've had peanut brittle are actually familiar the same kind of candy that dalgona is, because it's made the same way, except with the addition of nuts.

May i ask, i really want to know why my dalgona candies crack (after being made/ during cooling process) they crack by themselves even when I did not touch the candies

@@Gustavocavazos mira , yo le pongo a la superficie aceite, poca , luego lo meto al congelador y mientras que hago el dalgona se congela ya lo saco y le pongo el dalgona , así no se pega , si no me entendiste le puedes poner a la superficie azúcar para que también no se pegue
