I dont mean to be offtopic but does someone know a tool to get back into an Instagram account..? I somehow forgot my account password. I love any tricks you can offer me!
Loved this video! I’ve actually toured a couple of these places. I’m not new to Dallas but I have struggled meeting people and making friends. A video on that would be nice or a new friend lol
Ania Alexis girl I’m about to move to Dallas I’m so scared 😭 just about to graduate high school let meee be your frienndddd here’s my insta @mendezxoxo
As usual great video and yes I'll be one to relocate in 6 to 8 months so thank you. Which one would you recommend for a single guy who doesn't really care about living in the city? I just want something nice for me a 1 bdrm..
Wow super helpful video 💕thanks for taking the time to do this🙏🏾, I will be moving there soon with my son any tips or things you have heard about if the city has a lot of things to do for family and kids?
This is awesome. I moved from a small town to dfw (Mckinney) and I'm a contractor so being closer to my market would be nice. Thank you for actually being informative and letting buyers know of budget friendly options. God Bless and I wish the best.
Thanks so much for posting this! I’m considering moving to Dallas and I have yet visit. Seeing these apts along with prices was good to see. It will come in handy when I visit.
Why is things in Dallas so cheap? I rent an absolute top of the line apartment here in Cali, pays almost twice the rent, and it's not even close to the space I got in any one of those apartments in the video!
Because California is one of the most expensive places to live I'm 14 and I'm glad I live here in dallas lol but it wont be like this for long because people are coming form California and new York to dallas
Because there isn't oceans and mountains surrounding Dallas which makes it very easy to develop outside the city proper. There isn't a natural constraint like in LA and Orange county. Yes, you are smart in that this won't last forever, thinking Dallas is like the frontier, it will eventually become more like Austin, then San Antonio willl follow suit
Hi, I liked your tour very much. The rent sounds great at $1250 or so, but I live in NYC! When it comes to jobs, can you make 55k to 60K annually, easily to afford such rent? Sadly in NYC, you couldn't get a studio or one-bedroom apartment for $1200 or even $1400! Basically, making $60K and living in NYC, is paycheck to paycheck.
D Cabral Hi D! Thank you & ABSOLUTELY!! At that salary range you can afford even greater if you’d like. There’s plenty of options beyond what I showed in this video that would meet your budget expectations!
Wow that’s insane haha. I WISH! But I’d say 700-900 is like the worst neighborhood and apartment style in a lot of big cities these days. I live in Austin and I’m from California, a $700 apartment would be SCARY 😦
Is the downtown area nice? I’m looking to move to Dallas and can afford the rent of a 1 bedroom in downtown with no problems. I also have excellent credit, high 700s. I’m wondering if it’s worth it to live in downtown or if it’s mostly dead. I love being in the heart of a city and where all the action is, I like upscale places and will probably be in downtown a lot anyway.
