Shouldn't that worry you? Jesus said we are going to be hated for his name and that they hated him first because he told them the truth that there ways was evil. Why do you think people love this show? Because its not the real Jesus that they potray. This is 5% biblical and 95% made up by dallas Jenkins, mormons, catholics, and a jewish rabi. I pray please read the bible and look into this i dont say this to argue but i say it out of love.

@@Samwise30 There have been many movies portraying the life and death of Jesus. If there is anything that pulls a person closer to Jesus I consider it an EXCELLENT thing! It will hopefully be reading the Bible, praying, going to church, helping and loving our fellow man.

"when we need it most?" What we need* is to put our trust in the Christ Jesus of the bible, not of a show.. which just pushes people you further away from reading there actual bible by accepting the Jesus they're portraying .. Plus we've always needed* him since the fall of Man. This show is using ideas of who Jesus is from the producers which are catholics, mormons, a rabbi, catholics which sacrifice jesus every service.mormons made up a jesus, rabbis carry a works based idea of jesus. So theyre following a different jesus all together. To say the least they are heretical according the actual bible. ALSO to be honest.. Dallas gave a sob story about himself then giving himself glory and not giving Glory to God. Read your bible people.

Hate to be a grimmer but the lights the scene the attitudes the applauses the suites says look at us, look how we make Jesus looks cool in America, and look how humble we are in doing that. Everything looks so hollywoodian that I can’t even watch and this type of hypocrisy is one of the reasons I left church

They happened in the first century. In a context fruitfully re-created in prayer and Godly counsel. Jenkins gives his testimony in every interview on RU-vid. Type in, Dallas Jenkins' story. My guess is that there will be much to choose from! Hallelujah 🙌

I had an unexpected trip to the hospital December 2019. It was a very uncertain time for me. One night my wife and I together prayed the words of that song. The next day a cardiologist who was sent to clear me for surgery determined I didn't need it but instead suspected congestive heart failure. Had I gone through that surgery, I might not be here today. The doc saved my life. Even though we can't see it, God is working!
