Dallas has had a little bit of shoulder impingement and is finding that Active Release Therapy (ART) to be helping quite a bit. Then Dallas heads over to the Stretch Zone in Boca Raton, Florida to get further loosened up. Then he heads back home for a Meal #1 and then onto chest training at Busy Body Fitness Center.
