OMG. I used to watch Kim Possible with my oldest granddaughter. I haven’t heard that in awhile. You could have the straps on the dress altered and have them mad a little tighter. Then it would fit great.

with the green dress, u can have the top half of the dress altered to fit you better! Or you can put a top over it to make it into a dress!

ok if u really wanna keep that second dress, cut the straps at the bottom of the back and re-sew them on to however tight u want it, that should solve the problem of it being loose and bring the neck up higher which might help the side-boob issue
