Also CONSERVE LUKA’S ENERGY BY LETTING SOMEONE ELSE BRING UP THE BALL AND THROW IT TO LUKA IN THE POST. He will draw more fouls this way, draw defenders and kick to open players, and score while expending less energy!

Kidd is good y’all. Yes I agree he should’ve took Luka out earlier in the game because dude was playing in fear of fouls. But the Mavs missed a crap ton of free throws and overall they just couldn’t make open shots in the first half…. That’s not Kidd’s fault. Side note I hate Jalen isn’t scoring as much as he can. I’d like to see him earlier in the game to keep the pace and scoring up when Luka got those two early fouls. Dude can shoot AND create his own shot but needs to get going earlier in a game and not just trash minutes
