Dalton High School vs Chattooga County High School 1980 

I was 11 years old and my dad who taught metal fab at Chattooga drove the bus for the Indians. I got to ride with the team to this game. I’m 53 now and this is still the best defensive game I’ve ever seen in my lifetime! Nobody gave the Indians a shot but sitting on that bus on the ride to Dalton I could feel that even though the rest of the world didn’t give Chattooga a chance, Chattooga knew it was their night! One of the best memories I ever made with my dad, Fred Stokes! The game ball from this game still sits in the trophy case at CHS!

Wow. Thank you for uploading this. 1. I've been curious to see how this game played out since hearing about it several years back. Dalton should have won it all that year. 2. Once I heard from some of 80's seniors how much this loss still bothers them, I just assumed all copies of this game were destroyed.
