Hi C&J - it must have been an early morning as we saw Adam yawning behind you. 🤣 That sure was blue water, looked like Windex. So glad a turtle made a showing for you. Such wonderful creatures. 🐢 WOW, those ruins in the mountain walls were amazing. Sad the excursions were so short. The mud baths made you look so young. Thanks for another great vlog. Hi guys loving your marmaris and icmeler content could watch all day nice to see the prices you visited atent as bad as what some people are saying unless ure a big spirits drinker anyway. Keep up the great content

Thanks for watching Jason. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices as well as like you said we had read a lot about price increases online. There are definitely still bargains to be had out there we found effs for as cheap as £1.80 and as expensive as £3. Cocktails on buy one get one free worked out about 3.30 each drink and the same on local spirits.

Hey guys, glad you enjoyed the trip, ive done it bout 5 times i think. The very first time i did it way back in 2001 the mud baths weren't commercialised and were literally a big pool on the side of the mountain where you looked like you had done a mud runner course, it was proper thick mud and then jump into the lake to clean off...that was the good'ol days for that trip, but still worth doing. Keep up the good work

@@HangoversHandpays it sure was, the mud pools were just a hole in the ground, there was just a couple of river boats and turtle beach only had our group of about 20 on it. I agree with what you said about the rock tombs, they are awe inspiring when you see them for real.

We've been later in October it's warm during the day, but you will probably need a jacket for the evenings. Nice pace in resort too that time of year. Quieter and you may get some bargains in the shops as the resort will only be open a few more weeks

There is limited changing places at each stop but we wore our costumes under our clothes all day as we found you already had limited time at each stop so didn't want to waste any time waiting in the queues. It's a great trip! Thanks for watching 🥰

When you guys go to the markets - what currency to they prefer? Turkish Lira, Euro, GBP??

In Marmaris everything is priced in lira and pounds. We only ever bring GBP, and change any money in resort into lira. This can be done at any shop or restaurant. Everywhere accepts GBP

We booked this with muyara tours, just up from the migros and blue port centre but you can book this with any tour operator in Marmaris.

Boy its got really expensive over there. Over £2 for chips? I was last there in 2022 and chips were £1. Booked for may next year but im no longer looking forward to it.

We did find the boat to be more expensive than other places. I will say we didn't find the resort of Marmaris to be much more expensive than when we were last there in September 2022. You will have a fabulous time I'm sure
