Nice content. In D2 what will you choose Park green villas or Natura townhouses assuming an investor can invest in either of them. Park green has limited availability now whereas Natura offers 4%DLD waiver.
If your budget allows it go for Park Greens since it's a very exclusive cluster in the most premium location of D2 with great views and are all single row. Natura is a great 2nd option
the floor plan shows 3.25 X 2.35 m kitchen and I can see a thick differentiating double line in between kitchen and living room. DO you know if it will be a closed kitchen or semi closed as opposed to sem-open or open kitchen in Park Green ?
