For pcb traces repairs i use enameled copper wire taken from old relays.Instead of trying to align the tiny jumper to fit exactly in the broken pcb is easier to connect from point to point of the pcb trace and there is no danger for short circuits of the jumper wire since it is insulated.
I am sure that after fixing those tracks on the COF you must have had a eye head ache. You must charge the customer 2 pain killer tablets extra. Well done.
Yes, a great job as always :). And, hope to see more :). I haven't done this type of job since last 3-6 months I think. My one had a liquid damage, for sure not water. My one was sticky and orange to brown colour. Before that had a one, but it was I think last year. Not many here end up with a liquid damage to be true.
