That's what I've always loved about these guys! 1. I grew up in the same area as they did. 2. They never forgot where they came from. They were always good to their fans!!!!!

These guys were so great cause they was always from day one just super fans of rock and music in general they didn't play for girls or fame or money it was just that they loved the music u can always see it in dime forsure all the vhs Pantera videos interviews anything u see h doing he is always smiling joking having fun and totally amazing to fans and people in general thats a guy that is just grateful and happy that he is doing and a part of what he loves the most when see him around kiss or van Halen ozzy any of them u can see dime looks like that 12 year old boy that is meeting his idols even when at tome he was bigger and better than some of them he never lost that fan mentality he was not snobby or saw himself as one of the top 5 best guitar players ever he was just a fan who played but he was a dn savant at it when hear him say he never practices he just plays if u pay attention when he talks about it can tell this guy doesn't work on or go crazy trying to come up with solos he just plays what's in his head and that's it talks like it's as simple as walking you just do it y would I practice amazing rip both abbots gods of metal

It's hard to relate to how people were inspired by KISS. They are all more famous than the guys in Pantera, but in a 1v1, Pantera wins in vocals, guitar, bass, and drums.

Man they were so down to earth. just like a pair of buddies you would be having a beer with..God damit I get really mad when i think about what happened to dime and what that must have done to vinne. i understand Jesus died for everybody but damit the guy who took 4 souls that night i hope incarnates again and is full of life and some nut comes and takes it away from him..karma...simple as that.......
