I've been skating for 20 years and to witness how quickly the Japanese have stepped up and progressed to these levels is insane. There were so few around 15-20 years ago, but now these dudes are like unstoppable machines.

My friend went to Japan to skate, he said at the parks there were little kids battling tricks nonstop until they got it perfect. If they landed a new trick and tic tacked or were sloppy in any way they would keep going until they got it perfect a handful of times. Also they are supportive of people of all skill levels, whereas here in the US most ppl who are insanely good have insanely large egos that come with it

The bar for skateboarding is so high at the moment... Damn these japanese skaters are good!... The future of skateboarding is in good hands :)

So much young talent out in Japan, as the years go on their scene will only continue to get even crazier

That bigger flip fs bluntslide and the pressure flip fs boardslide caught me by surprise. So many good tricks.
