I just love the fact that the only requirement to wipe the memories of a crappy day was for Damon to steal a kiss from Elena. That was perfect, even the music matched. This is Delena at their very best, so much chemistry.
I honestly and embarrassingly have to say that I don´t think anyone has watched this perfect Delena-scene more than I have LOL! So wonderfully unexpected!!!
obviously this scene is amazing because nina and ian are simply amazing actors but as someone who is fascinated with music i wanna say that the background music really just puts this scene over the top. it fits perfectly with damon and elena because, yeah they obviously have a lot of chemistry and are physically attracted to each other VERY much but their love is “more than chemical” as said by the song. the piano instrumental is moving, singing is angelic, just a nearly perfect song that makes the scene so beautiful.

Stefan, dead or alive, doesn't matter, either way Delena would be endgame! @@joweyn15 youre pathetic, there was nothing real sbout them, they kissed episode 2, their whole Relationship is a little bit attraction and a whole lot of convenience. Delena on the other hand is passion, heardship, a deep connection and an unconditional, overwhelming love. They are soulmates. The writers knew which couple was endgame, you should listen to them.
Girl what you talking about it wasnt real yes it was they truly love each other passionately until Elena's stupid self started falling for his brother, I am a Delena fan and I'll always will be but when I rewatched the show for a second time I really realised how much stefan deserved better than what Elena did to him, that is why stefan is the better man after all of this, after literally sacrificing himself just so damon wouldn't have to die from the werewolf bite and what'd did Elena do she freacking kissed him while she was still with stefan and the entire time Stefan was with Klaus she was falling for Damon and on season 4 after she became a vampire Stefan tried everything to help her and all she did was push him away and slept with his brother and stefan had to listen the entire time about Elena's confession to damon at the end of season four and then Stefan left just so they could be happy and what did he get in return just pain and suffering, drowning again and again for months, and he had to fight his love for Elena the entire time in season 5 he only was truly over her at the end of season five and even after all of that after everything he still sacrificed himself even though he got married and was finally happy with the woman he loved, he didn't have to fight for Caroline's love Elena and yet he still died just so they could be Happy, to me stefan is the better man and he'll always be he deserved better but Delena were really beautiful and amazing but there love caused so much pain to stefan, pain that he had done nothing to deserve

And that 'about Sex' argument is so inanely boring! If they were 'about sex' their relationship wouldn't have lasted as long as it did. They were a couple longer than SE were (Mystic Falls time-wise) and they still want to be! DE was never about instantaneous physical attraction....It was the SE Ship that was :)

I was going through videos of paleyfest and there were some comments that some people made that said Nina was probably secretly in love with Paul and if it wasn't for Paul dating Torrey, they would maybe be together. LMFAO! Some people take this SE DE thing just a little too serious. She was with Ian, so I guess now they think her and Paul should hook up . Paul was married to Torrey, they divorced and then he got with Phoebe Tonkin. I don't know why I thought that was so funny, but had to share it. People are weird, they were talking about how Nina looks at Paul's lips like she wants to kiss him, LOL! I Team Delana All the way.. this scene is amazing and beautiful. But this girl… yes girl not woman doesn’t realize this Man is so in love with her he can’t breathe without her. When she says “I’m confused”... she’s acting like a girl who is definitely in love but doesn’t understand that the man that she’s with is tormented by her because he can’t be with her night and day at this point! This is where their age difference means so much. But he doesn’t care… she’ll figure it out and she does. The series finale shows her figuring it out. She’s becoming a woman for Damon. Delena 💕

This is Elena's kiss in Denver. Being around him drives her nuts. And not being around him drives her nuts. They can't breathe as friends, that's why Elena becomes a vampire, and why she's so confused by her feelings for Damon. She's fighting just to lose because she's fighting real love. That's where her relationship with Matt differs from her relationship with Damon. She never fell for Matt. This is something Matt sees for himself when he talks to her. It's important to consider Elena and Matt during this storyline because they're showing why her and Damon can't be just friends. Stefan is different because he and Elena didn't build a friendship first.

I really wanted stelena to be endgame at first but regardless of the things that went down, Damon didn't give up.. he made mistakes and wasn't the best person but he was willing to back off and let her be happy with Stefan
