Opaque Anity what's crazy is his relationship didn't work with Katherine and he was so in love with her for 150 years but it suppose to work with Elena. Its just history repeating itself and would he really have gone after Elena if she didn't look like Katherine and was Stefans girl. Damon needs someone new who hasn't slept with Stefan...like Bonnie
Yes she's just a horrible writer all around. Look how the stories changed over the seasons, it went from action to melodrama romance where 70% of the scenes consist of talking about Steroline & Delena drama (rolls eyes). And don't get me started on how she irresponsibly handled Bonnie's development who's suppose to be a main character & factor in the show.
This is great! Anyone else noticed that that scene where Damon watches Bonnie and Enzo leaning on a car, kissing, is a parallel with a scene back on season 2 I guess where he sees Stefan and Elena kissing?
This is amazing. Everything that Damon should have been brave enough to do by following his true feelings for her, Enzo did. Bamon should have been endgame, but JP hated Bonnie fans, she would bait them with a possible Bamon when the ratings started to slip. She is a racist who has said some questionable things, but they were veiled responses so she wouldn't lose her job. She would get questions at conventions, her social media and interviews about the unfair mistreatment of Bonnie, and denying her a main character love interest that wouldn't die in a few episodes. Each year, to retaliate against Bonnie fans, she'd make Bonnie suffer worse. That bitch got the last laugh at Bonnie fans. Once we came around the idea of Bonenzo, instead of Bamon, she snatched that away from her. Her statement was that she took away the love of her life, yeah. But we gave her powers back. She said it with such weak conviction that we saw straight through that shit. She wanted to stick it to both Kat Graham and Bonnie one last time, then turn around and give Bonnie her powers back just so she could save Julie's faves so they got their happily ever after endgame, while Bonnie had no one. She didn't even offer a possibility of maybe a circle back to a future Beremy, again. It was fucking bullshit. She was the hero of the entire series. Stefan came in a close second. She deserved the world at her feet from all her so called " best friends" They didn't even show Damon hugging her to thank her for bringing back Elena. Like, seriously?! This video is going in my favorites playlist. Thank you.
I agree. Bonnie was forever saving everybody else, and the one person that she loved/needed/wanted more than anyone or anything else, she couldn't bring back (Enzo). He was there for her UNCONDITIONALLY. It's ironic how the 2 people that loved each other the MOST, who both had abandonment issues,who selflessly gave of themselves to help others, could NOT have a happy ending of their own.😭😭😭
I'm a huge Bamon shipper myself. Yes, Bonnie, Enzo & Stefan clearly deserved more than any other character. It's sad that Plague ruined every other ship to make Dullena happen. But I don't believe tvd was racist. Yes, Bonnie's been through a lot, but wasn't Stefan's character development B.S to make room for Damon's storyline development too??????
@@nadia-wl4fx It wasn't just about Bonnie... although a great deal of it was. Every season they'd play the "show and tell" game. "Oh see. We do inclusivity on this show." They bring in new characters that are mostly black, then there were 2 Asian females (Anna and Pearl). Every last one of them were put on to give this fake inclusivity, then we make them suffer, then we kill them. I don't think it's any coincidence that most of them were in some relation to Bonnie or her family of witches. They all had superpowers, some stronger than others. But they couldn't overpower or outsmart these vampires with spells and magic that supposedly forced them to do their bidding? Multiple characters being together, help each otger with their character growth and support to give a good emotional scene. Kat was kept from most of the cast...especially the main men of the show. So whenever Bonnie was hurting, mourning, suffering and dying, she'd be alone, mostly. No one would be around to actually see how she was coping...except maybe Stefan back in season one. When Kat and Ian started sparking chemistry between their characters back in season 2, they were separated too. Caroline didn't have anything to contribute story theme wise, yet she got massive time wasted on her storylines. Bonnie and/or her family line was essential to everything yet she was kept out of almost everything (every single ball and Mystic Falls formal memory lane bs gathering) until they needed to use her as a plot device. They purposefully never had any of the main leads chase her like they did for Caroline. They practically made Bonnie asexual where none of the other guys, except Jeremy, notice and mention her beauty or intelligence and skills. The other two girls had their hair and makeup looking flawless and yet they couldn't bother to get Kat decent wigs and weaves to wear until season 6? We never got to know Bonnie's interests, dreams, goals, what she wanted to study or major in school. They spent time doing episodes focused on Caroline's parents. Why? Nothing for Bonnie's family unless it had some connection to whatever mess the rest got themselves into, so they could figure out how to use Bonnie and her family again. Noone attended her grandmother's funeral with her for support. When she came back, they were in more drama that she had to reluctantly help out. They wrote her to have little to none self preservation or more love for herself. She was always meant to be in servitude to her friends that rarely gave her the time of day unless in crisis. If your so called "bestie" spent all summer not answering your calls or face timing you and the texts seem kind of sketchy, you mean it never accured to either of them that something isn't right? That they decided not to insist on her showing herself or answering their calls proves they didn't know her like they claimed, or that she was relevant enough for them to really worry or care, until they needed her. JP wrote all this in that way for a reason. She has let some shady answers slip out of her mouth that don't add up. Fans have questioned her about things concerning Bonnie and she'd dodge the question or say something of handed that wasn't a real answer. She wanted to kill her character off early on in the beginning because she didn't like that Bonnie was being played by a black woman. It wasn't until the fans hounded her that she came up with something for Bonnie outside of doing her "Captain save a hoe" routine.
this triangle was wayyy more interesting that the Stelena Delena one. I just wish Plec would've put her stupid anti Bamon agenda aside for the sake of good storytelling and let it be an ACTUAL triangle. The potential was phenomenal. Besides Bamon had already gathered a huge fandom by the end of season 6 and became more popular than Delena (beat Delena in MTV award with over 11m+ votes) even Kat and Ian were rooting for them to end up together
The way that they were really wasn’t platonic; I don’t know if it was Ian and kats chemistry but if I had no idea about uhlena and I tuned into season 719-22 I would believe that there was a love triangle going on and Damon was developing feelings for bonnie ; there should have been an admission of some sort of feelings for each other and a forbidden love type of confession.
WOW !!! This dynamic was thrilling to watch... Both men marking their proverbial Bonnie territory to see which will win out. Will it be the "Best Friend" (Damon), who has known Bonnie longer; yet, is not the most selfless or reliable person/vampire in the world. Or will it be the "Boyfriend" (Enzo), her true love, who has repeatedly saved & protected her, as well as provided constant care, concern, and companionship. Not stating that Damon hasn't... But, it's DIFFERENT. (You always wonder with Damon... Is he responding out of loyalty ?, instinct ?, obligation ?, necessity ?, Or cause it's the right thing to do)? In terms of Enzo, THERE IS NO hidden agenda & he's not asking her of anything, unlike the majority of residents in Mystic Falls who need her for her abilities as a witch. HE'S IN LOVE... And it's the only motivation that he NEEDS. Also, when Damon threatened to rip Enzo's heart out if something happened to Bonnie; I like how unimpressed Enzo was. Because if something WERE to happen to Bonnie from those pills that he gave her, his heart would ALREADY be destroyed, from the guilt & loss that would consume him. So, in the final analysis... Who wins ? Julie Pleck does, because she gave less than a damn about either one of them and killed them BOTH off; only to have Bonnie unhappy and alone.
Sorry folks... I had to make a correction. Bonnie STILL ends up ALONE with a 'ghost' of Enzo as she travels the world; While Damon's life is spared, thanks in part to his brother Stephan who sacrificed himself out of guilt from killing Enzo. Ultimately, Damon & Elena ( once Bonnie brought her back to life), had their happily ever after.
OMG, Damon & Bonnie and Damon & Enzo, I ship both couples, I knew from the start in season 7 , Bonnie would be with Enzo , had a feeling, but I still love Bamon so so much :( This video is amazing, shows my emotions so good. I actually thought to make one myself,with Damon& Bonnie (+ Elena ) .
I thought in some point that bonnie was so tide to enzo because he remained her damon (they where kind of similar on personality) but she couldn't have damon so she choices give up damon for enzo because he love her the way she would want be love by damon(that was kind of imposible because elena story, drama, situation, the correct thing to do...Damon's crazy obssesion believing elena was the only thing there,wherever, etc)and damon was so scare about thinking of the possibility to leave elena because he had so tattooed in the brain that she was the only option for him after all the craziness 🙄
@@w.angel17 If you are referring to the fact that Delena was endgame in Salvation :Unmasked, you should know that the Salvation series were written by a ghostwriter. The original author of the books (L. J Smith) was fired by her publishers after completing the Hunters series. She made a deal with kindle to write the Evensong series. It is clearly established in the Evensong series that Stelena and Bamon are soul mates and meant to be. I don't know about you, but I firmly believe that it's up to the original author of the books and not the fandom to decide which couple should be endgame.
Elena's always alternated between boring me and infuriating me, so I definitely didn't want her to end up with my second favorite character. I'll never understand how Kat was easily the most beautiful out of the three main actresses...no offense meant to Nina and Candice, who are both beautiful as well...and had chemistry with EVERYONE, but Bonnie didn't get a single guy without something f***ing it up for her. (Other than JP and CD seeming to hate her simply because she wasn't white...)
Arya Stark we all have our otp and Bonnie and Enzo were it for me. Id perfer to seen Damon and Caroline and Stephen and Elena but i respect your opinion and it just a tv show . Hope you respect mine also and can agree to disagree
@@sarahbruce4397 Yes, Benzo were a more epic couple than Delena ever was. I love both characters. But the Benzo ship was brought up all of a sudden that it makes one feel like Plague just wanted to ship Bonnie with whoever was single at the moment.
I'am sorry I really didn't get Bonnie and Enzo the chemistry was so much better between klaus, Kai and Kol they would have been so much ore exciting the Enzo. The chemistry ws even better with Jeremy.
