Absolut😂ely I live in foggy San Francisco in a all cedar Dolger home. While cedar will never dry rot it has a distinct evocative mildew scent. It permeates the entire home. Instead of buying a dispenser for $20, you can buy a pound of damprid. I take two empty tomato concentrate cans. With only the lids removed on the concentrate cans I poke a hole or several holes in the bottom of the top can and I tape them together. I then fill the top can with the perforated bottom with damprid not much 5 oz and it lasts for months on end. On day two you won't smell anything. Amazing. Very effective stuff
Eliminates mildew smell, I think it more than masks the smell. It dries the air to a sufficient level where mildew won't form. I think that's it the dew point. Whatever that is 65° 55° something like that
