It feels like we're standing on the shoulders of giants... with inspiring speeches by legendary Ms. Claudia Roden, in the presence of le président de Gourmand International, Mr. Édouard Cointreau, and with chef Karim Haidar, the founder and President of the Academy of Arab Cuisine.

Finally, we can all meet together in the same place, to receive the prestigious Gourmand Awards for the 2020 Best Book in all Categories and Best Book for Peace for our ‘On the Hummus Route’.
