Dan Breen one of Ireland great patriots...we were brought up on stories of Dan Breen and his comrades but his memory seems to be fading these days...he deserves to be remembered.
"When I was A boy..we were slave minded... serfs"...That says everything for me...just like the Highland clearances in Scotland...What A great patriot you were to your country Mr Breen..
Need him today to wipe out the current treacherous vermin of all the parties in Leisure House on Kildare street by extension the Irish media and Civil service all need to be removed.
Dan breen is a true irish legend a tough tough man who feared no man and stood by all of his actions til the end for the love of his country.A determined true patriot.Thank you Dan rip...
An honestly decent and undoubtedly brave patriot, who fought and won for the people of Ireland in their struggle for independence and self-determination, both of which liberties were quickly usurped and polluted by Catholic Church subjugation.
@@hippieeyez7636 you nothing about Collins, he was a British collaborator who was armed by the British government to continue the war against the IRA and men like Dan Breen
@@shredder9536 well we know for a fact he never died fighting for the empire, he did sign his own death warrant when sneaky dev sent a soldier to do a politicians job, knowing well the outcome in advance , Collins brought Britain to its knees in Ireland, he destroyed the whole British spy network and was the backbone of the Army, even men like Dan Breen loved Collins up to his dying day, I don't agree with the treaty, but on the day of Collins death he was trying to make peace with his former comrades, and I believe Britain feared him alive more so than anyone.
Believe what you want to believe these men were all patriots and heros .They put their lives on the line for Ireland , they could have left for the good life in America. Respect to all the soldiers of the old and new ira.
An unrepentant psychopath. Those frightful, simian features say it all. Any self-respecting soldier regrets the death of another human being. Hero, my arse.
