Any time another ESPN person went on the show back when DLS was still with ESPN I thought “oh these are the people who like to have fun”. (Dominique, Mina, Pablo, Elle, Sarah, etc.)

I always knew Amin would jump ship, but i never thought Pablo would, since he's way more polished as a persona than Amin. Not to discredit Amin, but he fits the fun vibes of the show better. But it's awesome to see Pablo join the pirate ship officially. Great pick up! Edit: still waiting on Bomani and my ESPN crush Katie Nolan to join.

Dan is amazing! I love that Pablo and Amin found landing spots after leaving ESPN. As a fan of High Noon, I remember the cancellation and was like “ damn Pablo just had a child” that’s got to suck. I was stressed for him as a fan and a father.

The truth is Pablo shouldn't be thanking just LeBatard, Dan & Pablo both should be thanking Dan Patrick. DP is _THE PERSON_ who paved the way for former ESPN people to leave & start their own company to do it their own way. DP is the GOAT & was the first to make the transition & not just survive but thrive & still be at the highest level of sports media possible

This show and “non-corporatized” media has many parallels with the stigmatized “web 3 movement” It’s worthy of discussion without using any buzz words or dollar amounts. At the end of the day the shared ethos is creative freedom and financial independence
